What drew you to read this book:
The title of the book was more of an interest at first sight. The layout of the front cover was more of the attraction and the way the words were put just brought about a sense of excitement to find out what the author was to offer.
What impact did this book have on your life:
Reading this book was more of a realization of the things I didn't know or understand in the Bible. Which is beautiful because the way Tamryn sets up the book is amazing, she starts by diving into what is sin? The book further goes on to provide insight as to why it was so important for Christ to rise again.
In a paragraph, what is the main point of the book:
One of the things that Tamryn (author) mentions is how talking about sin makes us uncomfortable. But it's because of sin that Christ had to die. Which is what she dives into. Tamryn goes deep into scripture explaining in depth why the sacrifice of the Son of God was the only hope for all of us. She works her way through out the whole Bible; from how sin had originated, to God being the loving and just judge, how the sacrificing process was in the old testament, what Christ had to go through on the cross, the power of the blood, where Jesus actually went upon his death and Him rising again. It is a detailed book proving thorough information to understand why Christ died.
Who would benefit from reading this book:
It will be a great benefit for believers as it will bring about a revelation and non believers to bring about an understanding of why He is the way, the truth and the light. If you really want to understand why Jesus had to die for our sins. Then this is the perfect book.
