As a Life Coach I have picked up that many people are feeling anxious about life, not achieving goals and or fulfilling their dreams.


What impact did this book have on your life?:

It equipped me with wisdom and nuggets on what to look out for when coaching others. It has great practical ways to do an introspection and how deal with anxiety when it occurs. I was encouraged to watch my thought patterns in times of hardships, both in my personal life and regarding my business. I love that the foundations of the book are biblical and practical.

The book equips individuals on how to navigate hard seasons by revealing the truth of God's Word.
