What drew you to read this book?:

I have struggled with anxiety as a young adult and wanted to understand what are the ways to treat it. My heart was to learn what does God say about anxiety and how I can manage it.


What impact did this book have on your life?:

I never knew or fully comprehended what people meant when they said "you should tell God everything". This book emphasized the importance of telling God about my anxiety and not only that but also encouraged me to bring what was hidden to the light. Be open about the anxiety.


In a paragraph, what is the main point of this book?:

It shows believers ways on how to manage their anxiety and how God can help you with that. It validates your thought process and reassures you that your thinking or feelings are ok. The author shares his testimony on how God works when you are anxious, and it reminds you to focus on His Word.


Who would benefit from reading this book?:

Believers who struggle with anxiety, especially young adults (in their 20s). Those who think they need to have their lives figured out and have anxiety when things don't work out. This book reminds you that you are where you need to be, just trust God.
