In a paragraph, what is the main point of this book?:

The main point of this book is to give you ways to think differently. I used to overthink situations and come up with my own conclusions but reading this book taught me that my thinking can work for me or against me. Joyce Meyer says "choosing to think powerfully is not always easy, the greatest breakthrough I have ever experienced took place when I finally realized I had the ability to control my thoughts". This book has changed my perspective on how I view things. I now know how to control my thinking without making assumptions. We should know that we are not alone in this journey, God and the Holy Spirit guide us always. Philippians 4:8 "and now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable . Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise". What we put in our minds determines what comes out in our words and and actions, Paul tells us to program our minds with thoughts that are true and pure. I have learnt from this book that discipline is the price for freedom and the door to liberation, when we truly understand the power, liberty, joy, and victory that discipline brings to our lives, we will embrace it eagerly.
