I at first thought this was just for people in the workplace, but it has been a real challenge to me in terms of how I use my gifts and allow God to stretch my thinking in terms of what my gifts are.

This book helps you to think differently about your calling. To see your gifts in the light of scripture and not to think your gifts are only used in a "church" context. Our gifts are for others and never for us.
