Book Review: Love Says Author: Samantha Gillion

This book about God's love and restoration has been chosen as the Women of Reverence book of the Month.

As we go through life, we are made aware and exposed to different voices; some reassuring and comforting, others disheartening and discouraging.

Often times, misfortunes, loss and heartbreak become the platform for those negative voices to rise up and convince us to give up. This is a narrative Samantha knows all too well.

  • When doubt said: “You can’t possibly overcome this”; Love said: “All Things are Possible.”

  • When pain said: “Your scars are worsening”; Love said: “You will heal”

  • When inadequacy said: “You are lacking”; Love said: “You are enough.”

  • When rejection said: “No one wants you”; Love said: “You are mine.”

As you read, you will begin to recognize Love’s voice in your own life, become familiar with Love’s words and realize that Love has a name-Jesus.

The book is about the love of God for us.
