This great book about biblical foundations of who Jesus is and what He has done for us has been chosen as Women of Reverence's book of the Month!
Come Have a Seat.
Jesus is inviting you to sit down with Him. He has prepared a table—a refuge from the Enemy’s lies and temptations. And He’s beckoning you to join Him there.
Will you accept His invitation?
The sixty-six devotions in this book will guide you as you sit with your Savior and get to know Him better. They explore eleven foundational truths about who Jesus really is—truths like Jesus is God; He is human; He is a rabbi, a teacher; He is our friend.
Each day includes:
A short devotion
Reflection questions with space to respond
The week’s Scripture memory verse
Whether you use this book as a companion to Giglio’s Don’t Give the Enemy a Seat at Your Table or as a standalone devotional, it will enrich your relationship with Jesus. All you have to do is take a seat and dig in.

At the Table with Jesus
What drew you to read this book?
As someone who loves hosting people, I took it literally...wondered what that would be like. Jesus at my dining table.
What impact did this book have on your life?
It is a straight forward book. The facts are facts and there is no sugar coating. That is very refreshing and sobering.
In a paragraph, what is the main point of the book?
When you look at the contents of the book, you are invited to read more. The first three sections were my favourite. Jesus is God, full stop! I love how he illustrates the message with a visual picture and then you get to have space to respond and some scripture verses. This is a daily devotional of learning more about our Creator, Saviour and King. I love day 27 where he speaks about Jesus the Light of the World. Jesus is the light of the world, the only way to the Father. The book will encourage you and help you grow in your walk with God. The author helps you understand what you are reading and how to process the information.
Who would benefit from reading this book?
Every child of God!
