Lusanda is wife to Joseph Dhlamini and together they are blessed with four daughters.  As a family they reside in Edenglen, East of Johannesburg in South Africa.

Joseph and Lusanda are the Lead Pastors at Gateway City Church, Alexandra Township, Sandton Johannesburg and together they serve on the Global Team of New Covenant Ministries International (NCMI).

Lusanda speaks and preaches at various women’s events, churches, conferences, corporate companies and NGO’s. She speaks with passion, authority and most importantly, with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. With a Bible in her hand and a God given message in her heart, she is unstoppable!

She loves hosting women’s events that equip women in the truths of God. Her heart is to see all women, from diverse cultures, races, and generations, united, supportive of one another, building each other up, and equipped to walk into the fullness of who God created them to be.

Lusanda has more than 20 years of corporate experience in Marketing, focused on Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Organisational Development and Social Responsibility as well as Social Investment. She studied Business Management, and in 2010 graduated from Wits Business School with a qualification in Management Advanced Programme (MAP)  

​

She finds coaching, mentoring and sharing knowledge with other women and professionals rewarding and enriching for her own personal and professional growth. 

​

She is also currently building her own training and coaching business – She is the business owner of Coaching, Event Speaking and Training Facilitating.
